What is an autonomous engineering crew?

A set of coding agents that work like a team: each takes a ticket from a board, works on its own branch, and hands the change to another agent for review. A gate merges only what passes. People set the tickets and the rules; the crew does the rounds. niwa builds that crew from the agents you already use.
What you do
You write the tickets and their criteria, and make the calls a ticket didn't make. Tickets that pass the gate merge on their own. When one keeps failing review, niwa escalates it to you.
Which agents
Any command-line coding agent, including your own, signed in with the account you already have. niwa runs on your machine: macOS and Linux; Windows is coming.
Not only code
The same crew runs quantitative research and agentic marketing: any work you can write as a ticket, with criteria a reviewer can check.
Where the code goes
Your repository, the board and the merge record stay on your machine. The agents talk to the model provider you already use, as they do when you run them by hand; niwa itself has no server that sees your code.
